This policy explains refund handling based on purchase channel.
1. App Store Purchases and Subscriptions
For purchases or subscriptions made through the App Store, refund requests, eligibility decisions, and processing are handled by Apple. Please use Apple's official refund channels. We cannot directly process those platform refunds.
2. License-Key Products
License keys are digital goods entitlements. Once a key is issued and delivered, refunds are generally not available. We may provide support in verified cases such as duplicate charges, failed key delivery, or activation failure caused by our system.
3. Subscription Products (Non-App Store)
If a subscription is managed by us or another channel outside the App Store, refund windows, cancellation timing, and effective rules are governed by the relevant product purchase page or order terms. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, cancellation usually applies to future billing cycles only, and already billed periods are generally non-proratable.
4. Refund Requests and Required Information
For manual review requests, contact us with your order number, purchase channel, purchase time, issue description, and relevant screenshots. Incomplete information may delay processing.
5. Grounds to Deny or Limit Refunds
To the extent permitted by law, refunds may be denied or limited in cases of fraud, refund abuse, Terms violations, duplicate or malicious claims, or failure to provide necessary proof of purchase.
6. Exceptions and Mandatory Law
Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those laws prevail. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
